Artist Statement: ”Born of mythology, poetry, conflict resolution, spiritualism and an exploration of the uncanny, these prints seek to explore a more visceral side of visual perception. I attempted to create an image-scape that was familiar yet unrecognizable, colorful yet unsettling, seductive yet repulsive. I tried to piece together the various aspects of my arguments on reason, conflicts, war and mythology into a cohesive graphic language, one that was created in a more instinctive and subconscious way.”
