David Tsai [3d’02] was chosen bySurface Magazine’s T.A.G. team as promising industrial design talent in that category for a table he designed entitled “Cuda”. “T.A.G. is as crucial to Surface’s mission as the magazine itself. T.A.G. - “The American Group” - offers a showcase for new and emerging industrial designers - both on the pages to come and in high-profile showcases at Milan’s Salone Internazionale del Mobile and the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York City. Selected from a pool of hundreds of applicants, these 13 winners are a group of terrifically promising young talents. Along with our co-sponsors, Bombay Sapphire, Miss SixtyEnergie, and Bisazza, we are delighted to bring you this first look at the future of American industrial design.”
